Phriday Phreak (aka Sunday CFer)

Let’s do Sunday CFer Shout Out today. This guy’s first class was Fight Gone Bad…and he came back the next day! (sorry, these are the only “before” pics we could find). From steppin’ out of warm-ups and barely hangin’ on…

…to 20lb weight vest pullups and first one out the door!

A success story–unleashing the athlete that’s in there…execution of diet and intensity!  If you’re trying to rip those last 10-15 lbs, or lose that last coating of fat covering those lean, veiny muscles, Ed may be a good resource; whatever he’s been doing, it shredded him down…great work Ed and thanks for everything you bring to CF!

    Ed, you truly are a Phreak…I still can’t believe a person of your size can bang out weighted-pullups the way you do…If I had not witnessed it myself I would never have believed it!…Phreak-o-mania!!! Yeah, Yeah, Yeah…..

    Thanks for the support!!! It really means a lot. I remember my first day…I couldn’t finish the warm-up. I think it was lunges we were doing and I was having a hard time. If I remember correctly James stepped out of the lunge line and stayed with me until we finished them up. Thats what CF is all about. From there on I knew i found the right place to workout. The whole CF family is a tight knit community and family. CF is like our “fortress of solidarity”. No matter how bad your day might have been…once you walk thru the front door..your worries go away. We all put our game face on and motivate each other to accomplish “said” workout.. Once again thank you everyone for your support….especially my wife and kids!!!

    So great to see your progress from your 1st day to blowing past everyone in the sprints/pullups/pushps, etc…I love it!!!! It is inspirational to all of us. I agree on leaving everything at the door…any mental baggage is quickly cleared to make room for self survival Keep it goin’.

    I remember Fright Gone Bad with Ed! The pace was a real struggle that first day, and I was kinda worried for him! I hoped he’d come back b/c he remarked how much he liked it. It didn’t take any time at all before you were kicking into high gear at every class, and we were the ones struggling to keep up!!!! Thanks Ed! You bring a lot of good to CF, and we’re glad you’re around!

    We met at the PFT and i was just returning from my back injury. Since that day you’ve never looked back. We all have a story we bring to class, and yours is absolutely one of motivation and inspiration. Way to go, Ed!

    I remember Ed’s 1st few days…and DANG look at him now! Way to go….you push hard in true CF fashion & have shown all the benefits. Always a good workout when Lugo in the house!
