Partner WOD, Anyone?

Completing a workout is a little more fun when doing it with a friend, right? So grab that friend and get signed up for our Partner Workout Challenge to be held Friday 1/29, Saturday 1/30 and Sunday 1/31. You and your partner must be signed up for the same timeslot which will be before or after a class on each of those days.

RULES: Sign up sheet will be at front desk starting Friday 1/22. You will be expected to 3, 2, 1 GO at the timeslot you and your partner signed up for….so YOU are responsible for getting yourselves warmed up and ready to go ON TIME. This for ALL ABILITIES…there are 3 levels with scales to accommodate all fitness levels, so choose accordingly. Once you select your category, there will be no deviations from the category in terms of prescribed weights, reps or distance.

This is a workout for time. A little pre-cursor before the All Out In Berks Challenge. Sign up with a partner, see what you can do! Have fun!

 

Workout will be TIMED- here are some deets.  More available on the printed sheets at CF:

*Total # of Thruster reps are divided equally between you and your partner.

*Each partner does full amount of hand release push ups.

*At completion of last set of pushups, each partner does the 800m Row.  Must wait for partner to progress to next set.

 

ADVANCED:   Thrusters (Male 95#/ Female 75#)

INTERMEDIATE:  Same Reps as advanced but weight scaled to Male 75#/Female 55#

BEGINNER:  Same format, scaled weights and reps:  Male 55#/Female 30#
