Floor Wiper, KTE, Leg Raise/Honeymooner (10 sec Dynamic V)
B&T Jump, Wtd Lunge, OH Swing (10 sec Squat Jump)
Krank, Side Raise, OH Punch (10 sec Burpee)

    I don’t know about anyone else….but this workout kicked my butt. It took everything I got to not hurl in the back corner! LOVED it!
