1st Class of Beginners Finishes with Capture the Flag!
Our new 4 Week Beginner Basic Training was a great opportunity for those who want to get started with CF but apprehensive about where to start, this is it! Next session starts July 21st at 9:45am and cost is $50 for 4 weeks.

CF Kids began today! Building the next generation of confident and motivated Corps Fitness’ites! Teaching respect, hard work, discipline and teamwork. Our goal is to create a fun way to get moving so they WANT to come back and want to stay active outside of class. Confident and determined are the results!

    MD…That guy’s form on the Slam Ball does not look right to me…he swings the ball up and then slams it; instead of keeping the ball in close and lifting/driving it upward…is it just me or is it bad form??

    Yeah, that seems to be born from a “woodchop” the way the ball comes back overhead with elbows bent, whereas we promote the “snatch” extension (pull). That SB, to me, is more appropriate if training for combatives, military, fighting–just pure aggressiveness…I don’t see it so much as good/bad…imo
