Monday “Did you know…?” Uh-oh…

Any number of variables contribute to rhabdo, but these unseasonably hot workouts could make you more sensitive (along with dehydration).

As usual, workout smart. If you are just starting CrossFit, start slow. Work on virtuosity, and slowly add the intensity.
