Hey CFers, started CrossFitting and will be coaching at a CrossFit Box right outside of Baltimore. Did a WOD yesterday that was brutal, one of the 10 rounders I created in the summer. As I was closing in on the final 4 rounds, I knew my body was tired but capable of completing the WOD in proper Corps Fitness fashion- crushing the time limit by nearly 20 minutes and finishing first. This led me to wonder how I did it, how did I get out of my body and not think once that I couldn’t do it, or that I needed rest, or that it was ok to slow down… Mental Toughness and Preparedness: I attribute Corps Fitness and all of you for allowing me to be mentally tough and prepared. Thank you for motivating me to give it my all and then give some more.

Awesome job Sam. It’s alway good to know that you mentally have that extra push to get it done.

Rest in the air, SS! Way to eat it up…and that achievement just feeds back into the cycle, thanks!
