Happy Birthday Joanne!!! You’re amazing and an inspiration to us all. Best wishes for another wonderful year ahead, with many WODs to keep you busy!

I’m all for magnesium. Eating low sugar and mega nuts has been a game changer for me. The more nuts I eat, the better I feel. Matt’s last CF Challenge of LifeStrong Diet Tracking for a month got me on the right track. No sugar, lots of nuts, lots of greens, & lean meat. Thanks again to Matt and the other participants for your articles, thoughts, and inspiration.
