    Like the article on sleep, except the giving up the diet coke. Maybe that should be my 2nd 1/2 of ’12 resolution.

    It’s the cortisol that’s doing me in from 1am-3am every night. Breathe in peace & harmony, breathe out stress & anxiety. Maybe doing plyometrics all day long like the 3-legged Thunderin’ Tarnation would help wear me out.
