Coincidentally, one of my goals is to sleep 8 hours every night. So far so good with the exception of one night. I found a lot of good information on the importance of sleep through Catalyst Athletics and Whole9life.com. Interestingly enough, Whole9Life has an ongoing 30 day Paleo Challenge called the Whole30, within the guidelines, if you don’t sleep 6+ hours, you don’t workout the next day. From my own experience in the past week, sleeping 8 hours has made working out much more progressive and has been very beneficial!

Look at George! Such a handsome boy!
I’ve been realizing I am asking too much of my body with my daily 3:30a wake ups & 11-11:30p bed. Sleeping more, I am sure my body is thanking me…but what’s with the headaches?
