I started recently, sprained my ankle, but came back and I cannot tell you how addicted and loving it I am!!! My husband, also started Cross Fit. We are both former athletes (we both took a really long break from athletics – he ended his career in 1997 and mine in 1998) and we realize how out of shape we are. For this, again, I cannot thank you enough! I feel like I have been all over town with different trainers, groups, etc. – and wasting my time. I still swim from time to time, but nothing like Corps Fitness. Melissa on Monday and Wednesday and Steph on Friday’s are both simply outstanding! I almost died this morning, but I know it’s all worth it. Again, thank you!!!!!!! Cheers to getting healthy and back in shape!!!
