Ingredients?

What are ingredients?  If you’re eating food that has a huge list of ingredients, take another look.  Brominated what?  Mixed tocopherols? Now, I’m not advocating the anxiety-provoking fear mongering that is commonplace today; just a little education and brain usage.

Doesn’t matter if it’s labeled “paleo” or “natural” or even “organic” – the fewer ingredients the better.

Can you visibly identify the ingredients in the food you’re eating?  Especially at a restaurant… what’s hidden in that pasta dish?  In the sauce on your sandwich?  Even in the dressing or toppings on your salad?

Know and be educated about what goes into your body!!
