Thank you MD for capturing the true spirit of what makes CF’ers different. Words cannot describe how proud I am to see the realization that everyone has that they can push harder than they though they could. This “thing” we call Corps Fitness is not just a place but a motivating, hard charging, dedicated and inspiring group of people that make it great.

Thanks a bunch Matt D. for an awesome HW! Recovering from sore muscles that I’m not aware that I have. Will try to push harder to accomplish better form and slightly additional weight to what I can handle without hurting myself! Running, well not my strong point but like what the little steam engine says- I think I can, I think I can———-!!!!!!. Thanks for the support from all the CFers!
