Attention CrossFitters!! ALL ABOARD the COMPTRAIN! For those of you who don’t know, this is the programming done out of Ben Bergeron’s box in Boston. Who is Ben Bergeron, you ask? Well, he’s the top CrossFit coach in the business. His athletes include Mat Fraser, winner of the last 2 CrossFit Games, Katrin Davidsdottir, who won back to back in 2015 and 2016, and Brooke Wells, who is primed to make a serious run this year. We don’t think there’s anywhere better than to go to the best. We’re going to be a week behind on their schedule as they release tomorrow’s workout today, it will give us a little time to plan. We’re starting this coming Tuesday, July 24th. For this first week though, we’re going back 2 weeks as they are doing a “deload” week. We haven’t done their loading, so once we’re on it we’ll be doing those weeks as well. Schedule for this coming week:
Tue July 24th – July 10th’s workout
Wed July 25th – July 11th’s workout
Thu July 26th – July 13th’s workout
Sat July 28th – July 14th’s workout
Sun July 29th – July 16th’s workout
