Great holiday workouts this weekend!! Those single-class days really bring out the big crowds and allow CFers from mornings and evenings to catch up and work out together. Hopefully everyone enjoyed their turkey day and is back on track to stay in shape this holiday season. Control your waistline during the holiday season through regular exercise, portion control and making healthy food choices.
