Helpful suggestions

Fun Friday with a false finish!
Witty article about how to survive at the gym…could come in handy for CFers in the new year (esp. the Sheet Cake notion!).

Great rebound week after Hero Week, have an awesome weekend! (Thanks Axl for forwarding the article)

I like # 14: You can take 10 Minute Abs, 20 Minute Abs, and 30 Minute Abs. There is also Stop Eating Pizza and Eating Sheet Cake Abs—but that’s super tough!

Sounds like MD wrote this one.

Funny list…. Like #15…. buy a $40 coat rack instead if a fancy exercise machine….serves the same purpose.

But what I’m wondering is if number 8…. Strange Guy always At the Gym…..is true…. Who’s the strange guy at CF?!?! 🙂

LOL What a great list! #27 sums it up perfectly:

    27. There is no secret. Exercise and lay off the fries. The end.

Whoa? The article is more interesting than the fact that Axl reads? The WSJ?!

    • BobF January 6, 2012 Reply

He is in the proper reading position in the picture.

I always read the WSJ while on the recumbent bike.
