Got carbs?

If you come from a low carb background or are currently adhering to a low-carb lifestyle (notice I didn’t say “diet” there…), chances are you’re not getting enough.  Sure you might feel good and notice big changes at first (*ahem… water weight*), but do you notice that eventually you’re dragging or hankering for some yummy carbs?  Here’s an article for your enjoyment and education.  Take what you like and use your own brain to draw conclusions!
