Or is it the other way around? Train your body and your body will perform how you train. When you start out or try something different, you’ll notice all those little muscles you haven’t used in a while. After your body becomes used to the work, you stop noticing because those muscles are now used more often. At Corps Fitness, you never really stop noticing (i.e. stop being sore) because you’re constantly changing what muscles you’re working, what intensity you’re reaching, etc. So if your workouts ever stop making you sore (at least once in a while), of if your daily activities start making you sore, change it up!
