20 Pullups/20 Squat Cleans/10 Burpees
Run 400m
30 KTE/30 Wall Ball/10 Burpees
Run 400m
40 Pushups/40 Box Jumps/10 Burpees
Run 400m
50 Dips (Ring or Bench)/50 Swings/10 Burpees
Run 400m
