1) 4-Week Beginner Basic Training starts Sat. Aug 25, 945am.
2) IM ABLE Duathlon Tug-O-War Challenge: September 9 (after the race). Register your team of 6 with Rachel (rachel at getupandmove dot org)
3) LABOR DAY September 3: 9am, Gring’s Mill!
