WOD:
36 Clean/Split Jerk (#135 or as heavy as you can)
(on the minute do 2 Burpees)
36 Burpees
(on the minute to 2 Clean/Split Jerk)
Skills: 6 minutes
3 Handstands or Wall Walk, 10 Double Unders

(BTW, the AM crew’s Capture the Flag practice form was absolutely impeccable!)
