Does it Count?

It doesn’t matter if you’re scaling (which, BTW, can be up or down!), Rx-ing, or a newbie.  Proper form counts every time! Make sure you have the form down before increasing load.  This will help you avoid injury and prevent reinforcing bad habits.  20160811_061055 20160804_054934
