Thur 6/14 – Strength – Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk – WOD – “Mr. Clean”
Sat 6/16 – AMRAP 28 min – KBS, Wallballs, running
Sun 6/17 – Filthy 50 in honor of Mike Lawrence, both classes
