Running one direction, box jumping into the back and either lunging, bear crawling, side squat jumping or broad jumping through Bldg 7. Seemed like a stupid idea but turned out to be a good warmup! GREAT Kids class today! Biggest group we’ve had to date with 25 young motivators. Big thanks to our new instructor Jen Fern for leading them through a tough little circuit and to the parents for accompanying their kids to ensure they moved the right way.
