Reminder about tomorrow’s Open Strength time. Come with a plan! 5-8 sets of something to knock out!
Attention Saturday 9:15am CrossFit class attendees! We are going to have Open Strength time each Saturday so come with a plan. Figure out what you want to work on now – Pull ups, rope climbs, muscle ups, dips, push ups, box jumps, whatever! Plan for 5-8 sets during 15-20 minutes of time and work on the progression. For example, pull ups. Do 2 sets of banded pull ups with the big green band of 15 reps. Then move to the purple band and max out for 2 more sets. Then do max reps of real pull ups (if you can). If you can’t yet. Do a couple sets of negatives or jump pull ups into negatives. Give yourself a 2-3 minute rest in between sets depending on the number of sets you plan to do.
