Change your picture, change your mind

Let’s say you want to build a new kitchen… You start thinking about a new kitchen in your mind. You cook in the kitchen. Before long, you refuse to cook in your unsanitary stinking mess of a kitchen. It was alright two months ago!”
What in your life might you want to change? What does that look like to you? Work on creating a replacement picture that matches your goal and push yourself out of your comfort zone, towards that goal. If you have a setback, just get right back up, remind yourself of where you want to go and that you are good enough to get there, and push on.
