Tim McD shared with Seth today what y’all did…..Seth’s response (more or less😊): “that’s (bleep) awesome! And tell everyone I really appreciate it!”

Way to go all!!! Join us to honor and support Corporal Seth Kelly as he recovers from gun shot wounds suffered in the line of duty early November. This is a workout open to all-abilities. You do not need to be a member of Corps Fitness to participate.
We will be collecting funds to purchase and provide life-saving tourniquets to local law enforcement departments in Corporal Kelly’s name. Please consider donating to this life-saving cause and in support of Corporal Kelly, his family, all first responders and our own Tim and Emily McDonough. Monetary donations will be collected up through 12/15/17.

What else can be said…..but to all who came out this morning to honor Corporal Seth Kelly……YOU ROCK!

Partner workout from start to finish. And check out the last few pics….THIS is how we get a Corps Fitness workout done…ALL TOGETHER!!!

And we are currently at $918 raised for the purchase of tourniquets and holders!!!!! That is fantastic! Remember….collection for this will remain open until 12/15.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU….for your support in attending the workout, and your generous monetary support of our tourniquet fundraising efforts! Stay tuned for a final collection amount and total number of tourniquets purchased!

45+ folks gathered to honor PA State Police Trooper Corporal Seth J. Kelly who was shot in the line of duty on Nov. 7th. Miraculously, he survived multiple gun shot wounds, and after spending 23 days in the ICU, he is home and continuing his recovery there.
This workout was a partner effort through and through.

Corps Fitness

Many times at Corps Fitness, we honor the lives of men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice serving our country in the military or as a first responder.

This Saturday, we honor a SURVIVOR! Corporal Kelly is a survivor by every definition out there. And what is even more fantastic news, is that he was released from the hospital at the start of this past weekend! Amazing that in less than a month from being shot numerous times, Corporal Kelly is able to leave the hospital….yes….a Survivor!

He still has a road of recovery ahead of him, and we support that road too with our workout this Saturday.

REMEMBER: This is a workout that can be done by ALL. Every part of this workout has modifications and scaled options if needed….the important thing is your support by doing the workout! And we thank you in advance for your consideration of a monetary donation towards purchase of tourniquets and holders that will be supplied to local law enforcement in Corporal Kelly’s name.

Please take note: be prepared to be outside for some parts of the morning, so come with warm weather gear.

See you Saturday!
