Congrats to everyone who crushed the The CrossFit Games Open workout 18.1! Scores are validated, and we’re eagerly awaiting the 18.2 announcement tonight! What do you think it’ll be??
Similar to last week, our Saturday 9:15am class will be run in ‘heats’ for the Open workout. Be prepared to warm up on your own so you’re ready to go when your time comes. The available judges and required equipment will determine how many athletes can go at once.
As always, please come early and stick around after your heat to motivate others! Do your best, and good luck!
