    That’s one of those workouts where you say,”how the he’ll am I going to get through that?” and you do. For those CFers who participate in challenge/race events, it is these types of workouts that allow you to push through your own pre-conceived barriers. Great push everyone.

    We did this workout today. Subbed high knee tucks for the double unders and dips for jump pull ups. larry says thank you. Feels this enhanced his vacation.
