How will a “Donation WOD” work?
You will try to get As Many Rounds As Possible of 4 exercises in 30 minutes. The number of rounds you complete is the dollar amount you contribute to the Keystone Wounded Warriors. You can bring Ones (like actual money) or a Checkbook. If you want to contribute in another way, Capt. Johnson suggested gift cards to Target, Rite Aid, etc. Even if you aren’t working out, you can drop by and meet some local wounded warriors and make a donation!
