Sunday baseball warm-up (was that the workout??) + stations with 5 minutes of “fun” in the middle.  Posers, bosu ball squats (a little wobbly!), bar cleans / front squats / push press, the list goes on!  Great work, everyone!

PFT test-out dates will be next Friday and Saturday, 5/1-5/2.  If you tested in, be sure to attend one of these days to test out and see how much you’ve improved in the past month!.  If you test out on Friday, you’ll be given an different workout on Saturday, so don’t count yourself out!

We’ve made a few changes to the CF mentor program, including making it a requirement for newbies to help them learn the CF ways.  If you’re interested in learning more, ask at the front desk!

CFers!  The IM ABLE Got the Nerve triathlon is coming up May 16th in the beautiful Mt Gretna, PA.  We are in need of motivated volunteers to help during the following days / times:

  • Truck loading Thursday May 14th, 6:30 PM (at CF)
  • Race set-up Friday May 15th, options morning into afternoon (at race site)
  • Race day May 16th, options all day (at race site)
  • Truck unloading May 17th, 10:30 AM (at CF)

If you’re willing and able to help out during any of these times, please register on this website so we know we can count on you to be there.  Truck loading / unloading is not on the registration site, but please email if you can help out.  Thank you all!!

*There are opportunities for all ages to volunteer - this is a great option for teens who need community service hours, or little guys who like to hand out water (with parental supervision).  It’s a fun and exciting day watching racers of all ages and abilities!

Due to low attendance, we are canceling the Corps Fitness Cook-Off scheduled for Saturday April 25th at 6pm, The 5pm workout will also be cancelled, so Saturday’s class schedule will be as follows:
7:00am Corps Fitness-All Abilities
8:30am Corps Fitness-All Abilities 
9:30am Spin/Krank 
9:45am FREE Intro Class 

We will notify everyone of the newly scheduled day and time for the Cook off once schedules slow down a little!

Beginning 4/21/15, we will NO LONGER have open gym time Tuesday and Thursday 6:30am-9am.  The Tuesday/Thursday 10:30am-11:45am still remains, and there are no changes to the Monday/Wednesday/Friday Open gym schedule at this time.  Have a great weekend, everyone!
