(Run 400m, go back up ladder)

    There is a direct correlation between simplicity and ass kicking at CF. The simpler the workout, the bigger the whoopin’. The numbers always add up!

    Correct…the only numbers to think about are:

    Power = massxdistance/time…Intensity…regardless of the workout style that is the only variable which causes results…
